Masala dosa is a variant of the popular South Indian food dosa,made popular by the Udupi hotels all over India.

Mutton curry is an Indian curry dish that is prepared from mutton and vegetables and originated in Bengal.

Why Banana Leaf?

We serve food by banana leaf. A simple sprinkling of water is enough to clean a banana leaf. In several south Indian states, it is traditional to serve food on banana leaves. Everybody sits together on the floor and eats with their hands. Rice, meat, vegetables, lentils, curries and pickles are all served on the same leaf, since it is large enough to accommodate a whole meal.Eating on banana leaves is a custom that dates back thousands of years, however its benefits are still relevant today.It is also Healthy,Flavorful,Eco-friendly,Hygienic,chemical free.
